The CCA Probate Court Liaison Sandra Couillard is organizing a training for all CT private adoption agencies to get updated regarding the new Probate forms for TPR on Friday Jan. 6 at 10 am in Middletown. The head clerk from Probate Administration will be doing the training.  She will also review the lists of documents and forms needed for filing for both TPR and finalization.  If your agency works with birth mothers who are voluntarily placing infants for adoption, please contact Sandra at: SCouillard@waterfordcs.org for details about this meeting.
